The Opportunity
We are looking for a high performing Senior Manager, Treasury Operations to take a pivotal role in building out our global Treasury Operations function. You will drive a disciplined approach to global cash management and liquidity planning, continuing to mature our processes into a highly automated, strategic asset for the enterprise. This role demands a high level of ownership and the ability to operate effectively in the open, ambiguous space of a fast growing environment. You will build out many aspects of the treasury operations function establishing enhanced cash management infrastructure, banking relationships, and robust liquidity reporting processes for a rapidly growing global company operating in multiple currencies and jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity for a treasury professional who thrives on building and scaling: you will design the policies, implement the tools, and create the reporting frameworks.

You will report to the VP of Global Tax and Treasury, who is committed to fostering both professional development and innovation within the team. This position offers a hybrid work setup based in our San Jose HQ, with the expectation of being in the office three days a week. We believe that this balance between remote work and in-person collaboration enhances team synergy.
Your Role
- Global Cash Positioning & Forecasting: Oversee daily global liquidity, intercompany funding mechanics, and net cash positions across all international subsidiaries. Build, refine, and maintain short and long term cash flow forecasting models to maximize Free Cash Flow (FCF) visibility.
- Treasury Operations & Controls: Manage core banking workflows, including payment execution, wire processing, and cross border settlements. Maintain a robust control framework with strict segregation of duties, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements. Develop strategies and automated solutions to streamline global payments.
- Regional, M&A & Cross Functional Partnership: Serve as the Treasury partner for regional finance leaders, Tax, Accounting, Legal, and FP&A to streamline global payment workflows and support business growth. Lead treasury setup for newly formed entities and post-acquisition integration for acquired companies.
- Banking Infrastructure & Governance: Maintain and optimize global bank account lifecycles, user access permissions, corporate resolutions, and KYC documentation. Manage day to day interactions and operational performance with commercial banking partners, serving as the primary liaison for internal and external audit banking requirements.
- TMS Architecture & Process Transformation: Own the ongoing optimization, administration, and scaling of the Treasury Management System (TMS). Drive end to end modernization initiatives, ensuring seamless automated integrations between banking platforms and internal ERP/accounting systems.
- Other Treasury Initiatives: Drive high-impact treasury projects including bank rationalization, global bank fee auditing and optimization, and the deployment of AI integrations and models to maximize operational efficiency and capital utilization.
- Corporate Insurance & Risk Management: Formulate, execute, and own the strategy, renewals, and claims management for primary operational lines (including Workers' Compensation, Business Travel, Commercial Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Umbrella/Excess policies); provide support and work with cross functional teams for the renewal of Directors and Officers (D&O) and Errors and Omissions (E&O) / Cyber Liability policies.
- Share Repurchase Execution & Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models and recommendations for the company's disciplined share buyback programs; automate funding and tracking with external brokerages.
- Customer Financing: Support customer financing structures by vetting external funders, monitoring liquidity pricing/rates, managing ongoing funder relationships, and performing financial analysis on potential new programs.
- Team Management & Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high performing treasury operations team.
What You Will Bring
- 8+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience with a heavy emphasis on scaling global treasury operations; large multi-national treasury, Big 4 accounting, or high-growth tech experience is strongly preferred.
- Global experience managing end to end treasury operations across multiple countries, currencies, and legal entities.
- Expertise in Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba or similar), with a proven track record of driving TMS implementations and banking automation.
- Highly articulate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a proven ability to translate complex treasury mechanics into clear, actionable executive reporting.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high performing treasury operations teams.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP accounting principles, SOX controls, and key operational working capital metrics.
- Strong sense of ownership with a balance of strategic focus and willingness to dive into system and data details, combining creative problem solving with meticulous attention to accuracy and precision in a fast paced environment.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 139,200 and USD $ 277,200 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
